9/11 attacks

September 11th, 2001: 
Four airliners were used in a terrorist attack led by a group called al-Quaeda against the United States. Approximately 3,400 people died that day including firefighters and law enforcement officers trying to help. The airline crashes were in New York City, Washington, D.C., and in Pennsylvania.
Let us observe one minute of silence for those that died.
